The Digiac 3000 is a flexible training system designed to teach topics in electrical and electronic engineering. You, the student, will follow a self-paced laboratory manual containing essential theory and practical exercises covering the main topics of study. Additional theory workbooks provide the necessary background work.

These units were common in collages to teach electrical engineering students. The swappable PCB allowed over 25 different training boards to be used, each with its own training manual. A classroom of base units could be linked up to a PC via an RS232 network. The PC ran classroom management software that allowed the instructor to monitor responses entered by students using the keypad on each base unit, as the students worked through training manuals. Different students could work on completely different topic areas at the same time. The classroom management software also allowed the instructor to generate reports on student and class progress.
