The Sol 20 Terminal Computer was the first fully assembled and ready-to-go Microcomputer you could buy. Before this came along, you had to build your own.

It has an Intel 8080 CPU running at 2MHz, and came with 1k of RAM. It also has S-100 Bus System for expansion cards.

“Sol is the small computer system to do the general ledger and the payroll. Solve engineering and scientific problems. Use it for word processing. Program it for computer aided instruction. Use it anywhere you want versatile computer power!” Byte magazine, Feb ’79.
