The SGS NBZ80-S is also known as the “Nanocomputer Training System”. It is designed by SGS in Italy, and is a Zilog 80 development computer. The kit comes complete with a full user manual and teaching guide, designed to allow the user test all features of a Zilog 80 CPU and its associated devices.
Griffin & George Ltd appear to be the UK distributors of the NBZ80-S. It all comes in a red plastic folder neatly packed up. The Technical Manual has all the circuit diagrams and specification in.

How come your red carry case held up so well? It’s in much better condition than the one my Nanocomputer came in. The plastic has turned completely brittle and now crumbles at the mere touch! I’m afraid it’s beyond salvage. A shame that SGS didn’t select a more robust material. :^(
